The PWC Superfinal, is a significant step ahead of the PWCA, in order to set the highest level of capability competition in the history of the free flight...and to assign the first ‘PWCA World Champion’ title. It happens in the Boxing, that there are different world associations with different ‘world champions’ but… who is the best one is always to be argue. In the paragliding scene, till now there has been only one World Champion title, assigned in the FAI competitions every two years. The winner is always one of the top ranking pilots of the Paragliding World Cup, but, due to the FAI rules, there is also a great number of competitors coming from minor countries which capability is highly below of that one of a medium Paragliding World Cup competitor. It is easy to un understand that: as the FAI rules are providing room to low level/minor country pilots, there is no room for a lot of good Paragliding World Cup pilots. Because of this, the level of the competition is lower and the safety issues are higher because of limited capability pilots flying in harsh conditions. The Paragliding World Cup community is very sensible to the safety issues, to gain a top level and truly selective task it is necessary to fly in strong weather conditions, suitable for keen pilots only: those pilots with the proper training to compete in the Paragliding World Cup tour. It is a matter of pure safety: the strongest pilots, for the strongest weather conditions for the strongest competition ever. Based on this assumption, it has been commonly decide to create a Paragliding World Cup Superfinal to assign the first ‘PWCA World Champion’ title.
When I was a child I sat on the roof of my house and dreamed about flying like a bird over my home town. Finally this weekend my dream become true. I've been waiting for this moment for all my life...
Dreams of flying are one of the earliest recorded – even before man could fly in aircraft. About one third of the entire population has said they have had at least one dream in which they were flying and it is equally as likely to occur in women as in men. It is a dream that can occur early in life but can continue throughout your lifetime.
Dreams of flying are frequent and in many cases, you may even be aware you are flying while you are dreaming it. This is called a lucid dream – one in which you are aware that it is not reality and that you are actually dreaming. Being aware that this is a dream does not make it any less powerful. Dreamers often enjoy the feeling of flying and can vividly see the scenery and landscape both below and around them. Most dreamers describe a flying dream as liberating, exciting, or joyful. Flying dreams can also make you feel very powerful...

In 200,000 years on Earth, humanity has upset the balance of the planet, established by nearly four billion years of evolution. The price to pay is high, but it's too late to be a pessimist: humanity has barely ten years to reverse the trend, become aware of the full extent of its spoliation of the Earth's riches and change its patterns of consumption.
The stakes are high for us and our children. Everyone should take part in the effort, and HOME has been conceived to take a message of mobilization out to every human being.
